Returns and Exchanges

- Returns and exchanges due to customer reasons cannot be accepted.
- Order cancellations and changes to order details cannot be accepted if the order has already entered the preparation stage.
- In the case of cancellations after payment via prepayment (before shipping, before the preparation stage), all fees related to refunds will be borne by the customer.
- In the case of damage upon arrival or incorrect item delivery, please contact us via the inquiry form within 3 days of the arrival date, including the arrival date.
We will exchange it for a new item or an equivalent item after confirming our stock status.

*Products that have passed 3 days from the arrival date, including the arrival date, will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
- Please note that we will not extend the return period if emails do not reach you due to customer reasons.
- When exchanging or returning, we ask that customers handle the return process for the products in their possession. We only sell to customers who can manage this.
- When returning products, please send them in the same condition as when they arrived. If you have discarded the packaging box, please prepare one yourself.
- Regarding the return and refund process for products purchased using points, the handling of points will be conducted in accordance with the terms of use and system.
Limited-time points may not be refunded. Please confirm in advance when making a request.
