About Shipping

- Regarding the specified delivery date and time for the product, we will note your preference on the shipping label; however, please understand that the arrival date and time are not guaranteed due to the circumstances of the delivery company, traffic conditions, and weather conditions.
- For checking and adjusting the delivery status, we will provide the tracking number in the shipping completion email, so please confirm directly with the delivery company.
- Typically, shipments are made within 5 business days after order confirmation (payment confirmation), and the arrival of the product is expected to be 1 to 5 days after the shipping date.
